Introduction to Kite Surfing - Half Day, late mornings
	Experience a fascinating sport in a fascinating country
You will be picked up from your hotel between 10 & 11AM or subject to wind conditions and drive to Sawadi Beach where the first international approved Kite Surfing Centre in the Gulf Region has been developed with state of the art safety and comfort facilities. The center is part of the International Water sport Association for water Sport Centers VDWS. You arrive the center and first proceed with the theory part where the instructor will give a brief description of the sport and its history, equipments used, safety measures and a scenario or two! The instructor will also explain the essentials of steering the kite and using the gentle wind with different type of kites. Done with the classroom? You will then walk to the beach and have your harnesses on and practically get your hands on a kite and show how good you can navigate a kite from your first kite lesson!
Via Ferrata in the creeks of Bandar Khairan – Half Day, early mornings
	Italian for "Iron Road"
It’s an early departure from your hotel and we head to the Marina to board the boats for a 15 to 20 minutes boat ride to the creeks of Bandar Khairan. Located south east of Muscat, upon arrival at meeting point you will be equipped with harnesses, ropes, helmets and other necessary equipments by your guiding instructor. You will follow him on a soft trek up the hill before you reach the start point of the cables. Via Ferrata is a mountain route which is equipped with fixed cables, ladders or bridges. The use of these allows isolated routes to be joined to create longer routes which are accessible to people with a wide range of climbing abilities. However, now is used by adventure enthusiasts. In local terms some call it cliff climbing or rock climbing!
	Connect your carabiner on the cables and along with your instructor start crossing the cliff from one end to another horizontally for approximate 3 hours before you come out the other end. This will make you understand how people managed to connect two or more isolated routes? Back to meeting point for a quick refreshing swim and lunch on the beach before we transfer you back to your hotel.
The 7th Hole Caving Experience – 1 night/ 2 Days, over night
	Selma Cave System
Caving can be a tough sport, a casual hobby, a means to conducting scientific research, or all of these and more. Caves are found around the world and in a variety of settings, from cold alpine environments to warm tropical rain forests, and are formed through a variety of natural processes. Oman has a chain of caves and the most famous and well discovered is the Selma cave system.
Day1: It's an early departure from Muscat where we pick you up from your hotel in a 4WD and follow the coastal route via Quriyat and Wadi Dhaika to Fins beach. We then follow the route upwards to the Selma Plateau which is a picture perfect location over 1200 meter above sea level having the sea on one side and high end rocks on the other Arrive to the cave and our instructors will have the ropes and all other necessary kits installed and prepared for your Abseil adventure to this 108 meters free drop cave! Abseil all the way to the bottom of this cave and then start your climb up to your start point hiking and trekking over the cave. Once out you have a quick bite and then head down to the beach for a quick evening swim allowing your adrenaline system to balance while our team takes care of setting up your camp site, bon fire and BBQ for the night sharing stories of your experience with the team. Over night on the beach
Day2: An early breakfast and maybe a quick swim before we take our leg back to Muscat and drop of safely to your selected accommodation.
Hike, Trek & Swim Wadi Al Hail – Full Day, early mornings
One of my favorite wadis that has lots of water & relatively untouched
– Dr. Khalid Abdul Malak author In Search of The Sublime, A Journey through Oman. With this adventure trip you will experience hiking, Canyoning, Swimming and a short abseil. It’s an approximate 10 hours trip including the drive to and from Wadi Al Hail. We depart Muscat at 6AM and the coastal route via Quriyat until we reach the small village of Dibab. We start our hike from a smaller village called Swayh! The first part of the Wadi is quite easy, the second part is slightly more difficult and the final part is more difficult. A hike over the rocks and crossing water channels gives you the feeling of isolation from the hectic world we are living in. A relaxing feeling closer to nature and a place were we doubt will ever be developed anytime soon or at least at our life time. Wadi Al Hail offers some of the most beautiful spots in Oman with its rocky terrain and the number of boulders that you will have to cross along the way. It may sound too adventurous, so to compliment your hike a swim is a must to continue the journey into its dazzling crystal-clear waters not to forget the water falls on the other hand. Your route is a donkey trail; follow the trail along with your instructor guide (Not the donkey!) till you reach a pool that you will have to cross swimming which will then lead you to pools with lots of water and boulders.
Continue your hike until you reach a point where a short abseil of about 15 meters is required. Our guide will set up the ropes for you and guide you all the way down. Along with our guide and all necessary and safety equipments that we provide you with, this experience is not to be missed and satisfaction is 200% guaranteed! Its about time to treat you with a wonderful home cooked picnic lunch, sit around have a chat and learn more from our guide about our beautiful country and what can be discovered next! We hike back to your 4X4 and take a relaxing drive back to Muscat. What a day!!!!!
